If a person has OHSS, then her ovaries become large and fill with liquid. Then the liquid got blown out with ovulation that may lead to many difficult situations.

Most common fertility pills:

From the past, the most common fertility drug that is in use is Clomid (Clomiphene citrate), this is used if one does not ovulate properly. Clomid and Serophene also called as estrogen-blocking drugs. These drugs promote the hypothalamus and pituitary gland in brain to discharge hormones called GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone), FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone) and LH (luteinizing hormone) to activate ovaries that develop eggs. The usual dosage of clomiphene is 50 milligrams a day for five days. Generally, one prefers to have this pill on third, fourth or fifth day after having your period.

After having the last dosage, you can expect ovulation after 7 days. If this dosage does not work well, try to increase the dosage to 150 milligrams. Many doctors recommend to have this pill for 6 months and if this does not help you then go with other medication.

One can also have these drugs together with other techniques like IVF or artificial insemination.
